Meet the Team at Melissa Lipton Hairdressing 

At ML Hair, our team is a blend of experience, creativity and genuine passion for making every client feel their best. Get to know the faces behind the chair: 

Melissa - Owner, Keune Educator & Senior Stylist 

Melissa is the founder and creative force behind the salon. With over 15 years in the hair industry, she's known for her expertise in haircare and colour transformations. a freelance Keune Educator and trained hairdressing lecturer, Melissa is passionate about sharing her knowledge and raising industry standards. 

She's also a monthly haircare columnist for Local Women Magazine and contributes to photoshoot campaigns whenever her busy schedule allows. Melissa is your go-to for expert haircare advice and she loves a challenging colour project. 

Nicola - Senior Hairstylist & Updo Specialist 

With over a decade of experience, Nicola brings warmth, skill and creativity to every appointment. She's particularly known for her stunning updos and curly blow-dries, perfect for weddings and special events. But that's not all - Nicola is also brilliant at producing soft, radiant highlights that add effortless dimension. 

Her friendly personality and calm approach make every client feel relaxed and confident in her chair. 

Rebecca - Junior Hairstylist & Rising Star

Rebecca is our talented junior stylist, currently working toward completing her Level 3 in Hairdressing by June 2025. With a natural flair for hair and an unstoppable drive to learn, she's quickly becoming a client favourite. 

She's a dab hand at bouncy blow-dries, always eager to improve and brings a youthful, chatty energy to the salon. Rebecca is one to watch - and one to book with!
